I am a Certified Social Worker, Child Protection Specialist, and Social Empowerment Advocate. With more than 16 years of professional experience in Germany and an academic foundation in Social Work and Administration from Uganda, my work focuses on human development, social protection, and empowerment strategies. I help individuals and organizations thrive by leveraging deep expertise in these areas.

Born to Rwandan-Ugandan parents and raised in Uganda, my personal journey as an immigrant, single mother, and professional has shaped my commitment to helping others navigate new systems and overcome adversity. I combine my lived experience with professional expertise to support organizations and empower individuals, families, and communities, especially immigrants, single parents, and those transitioning into new environments.

Through my consultancy and coaching brand, RUZHOFF, I offer guidance in areas such as workplace supervision, immigration and integration support, parenting and family dynamics, divorce navigation, and career guidance. My approach is people-centered, intuitive, and solution-driven, focusing not just on addressing challenges but on fostering lasting transformation. I'm also dedicated to creating online content and delivering workshops that equip people with practical tools for personal and social empowerment.
